السعادة هي شعور داخلي بالرضا وراحة البال، و هي غاية وهدف يسعي خلفه الجميع، فلا أحد يستطيع ان يعيش بدون السعادة، فقد نصل إلى هذا الشعور عندما نحقق هدفا كثيرا ما رغبنا فيه، فالسعادة ليست متعلقة بالمال ولا يمكن شرائها و ليست مرتبطة بأشخاص بعينها،  فإن كانت السعادة لسبب معين؛ ستزول تلك السعادة بمجرد غياب الدافع الذي أدى إليها، السعادة قد تصبح دائمة عندما تنبع من أعماقنا. 

لن تشاهد التعاسة (الحزن) في وجهاً سعيد

You have never seen ugliness in a happy face 

لا يوجد شخص سعيد وهو لا يعتقد انه كذالك
